3. Prices & Payment

• All prices are in EUR (€) and include VAT.
• Payments are processed securely via Mollie.
• An order is confirmed only after successful payment.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery within the European Union
• Estimated delivery time: up to 7 business days

5. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, in accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).

6. Hygiene Exception

Due to hygiene reasons, underwear can only be returned if:

• The packaging is unopened
• The product is unused and unwashed
• Any hygiene seal is intact

7. Returns & Refunds

• Contact us within 14 days of delivery
• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer
• Refunds are processed within 14 days after inspection

8. Liability

Liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.

These terms are governed by EU law and the laws of your country of residence.
